Finally, the wolf realized that he couldn't blow down the house. {Hescrambled up the flue hoping to surprise the pigs. But the clever third pig had already put a pot of steaming stew at the top of the chimney. The wolf fell into the pot and howled, then scampered as fast as he could. The three little pigs were safe at last!
They lived happily ever after in their sturdy house of bricks.
